I have really enjoyed your puplication so far! One thing I am particularly interested in is growing and preparing teas by hand. I would like to see and article or two in the future about growing your own tea (how and when to harvest, how best to care for the plant, et cetera) and different ways to prepare/dry it (for example, how to “smoke” the tea leaves over fire to give it a smokey flavor and aroma like with Lapsang Sounchong without any expensive equipment - something anyone could do).
